Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
ConstructPro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting your personal and proprietary business data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and share your information when you utilize our estimation and pricebook software (the “Service”).
1. Legal Basis and Consent
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or utilizing the Service, you provide your explicit consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined herein. Where data processing is required to fulfill our subscription agreement with you or to comply with statutory legal obligations, we process your information under those legal grounds in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
2. Information we collect
We collect three distinct categories of information to properly deliver the Service:Personal & Account Information: Full name, corporate email address, contact number, company name, and company billing address.Proprietary Project Data: Bills of Quantities, material take-off variables, custom labor crew configurations, cost figures, and blueprints/files you explicitly upload to your workspace.Automated Technical Data: IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system data, and session interaction metrics to maintain platform health and security.
3. How we use your information
We process your information strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes, specifically:To compute, manage, and render the estimations and project outputs you request. To process subscription renewals, manage billing accounts, and prevent fraud. To troubleshoot software bugs, optimize calculation algorithms, and dispatch critical security alerts. No Commercial Data Selling: ConstructPro does not rent, sell, or trade your personal information, corporate telemetry, or proprietary project files to third-party data brokers or marketing networks.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We share data only under strict confidentiality frameworks in the following circumstances:Sub-Processors & Infrastructure Providers: Trusted infrastructure partners (cloud servers, data storage networks) and secure payment gateways necessary to process transactions. All such partners are strictly bound by data processing agreements.User-Controlled Collaboration: Other users, sub-contractors, or team members you explicitly invite to access or collaborate on your project space. You maintain total administrative control over these access rights.Statutory Compliance: Competent government authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies when mandated by valid legal processes or local laws.
5. Payment information
All payment operations are handled directly via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. ConstructPro does not ingest, transmit, or store full credit card numbers or private financial credentials on its own servers.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. On our free, ad-supported plan, Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to ConstructPro and other sites, and to measure ad performance. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) do not display ads and are not subject to this ad-related cookie usage. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies generally at aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings, though doing so may affect parts of the Service that rely on them.
7. Data retention and Deletion Timelines
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes.
8. Data Security and Technical Safeguards
We deploy robust administrative, physical, and technical safeguards—including end-to-end data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and secure database partitioning—to defend against unauthorized access, leakage, or malicious alteration. While we employ industry-standard defenses, no online environment is completely immune; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute, impenetrable security.
9. Your Statutory Rights (Data Subject Rights)
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you possess clear, enforceable rights regarding your data. You may contact our designated compliance team to exercise your right to:Access and Portability: Request a copy of the specific personal data we hold about you.Rectification: Demand immediate correction of inaccurate or outdated profile information.Erasure or Blocking: Request the removal or suspension of your personal data from our operational systems.Object: File a formal objection to specific automated processing workflows. To initiate any formal rights request, or to contact our Data Protection Officer, please message us at privacy@cnstrctpro.com.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers
ConstructPro may store and process information on secure cloud architecture hosted outside your resident country. We ensure that any international data transmission complies with verified cross-border data transfer protocols, guaranteeing that your data retains a level of security equivalent to local regulatory mandates.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes will be formally announced by updating the “Last updated” date posted at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Mobile App — Advertising and the Advertising Identifier
On the free plan, the ConstructPro mobile app displays ads served through Google AdMob. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) do not display ads anywhere in the app.
To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob collects your device's advertising identifier (on Android, your “Advertising ID”; on iOS, your “IDFA”) along with technical data such as app usage and device information. This is separate from, and works differently to, the cookie-based ad tracking described in Section 6 for our website — the mobile app does not use cookies for this purpose.
You can control how this identifier is used. On iOS, the app will ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency system prompt before any ad can be personalized. You may decline this prompt; the app functions normally either way, and you will still see ads (just not personalized to your activity on other apps). On Android, you can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID at any time in your device's Settings. On either platform, you can also manage ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings. For more detail on what Google AdMob itself collects, see Google's AdMob data disclosure.
14. Mobile App — Device Permissions
The mobile app may request the following device permissions. We request each only for the stated purpose, and only when the relevant feature is used: photo library access, to attach project site photos to a project's records when you choose to do so; and other permissions required by third-party components, since some permissions present in the app are required by the underlying advertising SDK or other third-party libraries the app depends on, rather than by ConstructPro's own features directly.
You can review and revoke any granted permission at any time in your device's Settings.
15. Mobile App — Offline Storage on Your Device
To let you keep working on Bills of Quantities, Material Take-Off entries, and other project data while offline or in areas with poor connectivity, the mobile app stores a local copy of your recent project data directly on your device, and queues any changes you make offline until your connection is restored. This locally stored data is removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. It is subject to the same retention and security principles described in Sections 7 and 8 for data held on our servers once synced.
16. Mobile App — Data Collected by the App Itself
Beyond the categories described in Section 2, the mobile app's own operation may involve standard mobile technical data — such as device model, operating system version, and app version — used for the same purposes described in Section 3 (maintaining platform health, security, and troubleshooting).
