ConstructPro started from a simple frustration shared by estimators and contractors: a Bill of Quantities, a material take-off, and a labor cost sheet almost never agree with each other once a project is underway. Each one lives in its own spreadsheet, gets updated on its own schedule, and drifts from the others every time a quantity changes.
We built ConstructPro so that a single set of quantities — entered once — flows through material take-off, labor crew costing, and a live pricebook, with every number traceable back to its source. No more reconciling three files before a client meeting.
